Our Trainers
We all enjoy mindfulness practice; it makes a real difference to our own lives, and so we're keen to share this with others. And we subscribe to the guidelines for good practice established by the UK Network of Mindfulness-based Teacher Trainers (mindfulnessteachersuk.org.uk)

She regularly teaches a range of mindfulness courses and events and is currently completing a Master's degree with Bangor University in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
